1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Age Verification & KYC

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawal Policy

The withdrawal process at 111bte is straightforward and fast. However, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours is processed within.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• KYC documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal.

6 Bonus Terms

10 Account Suspension & Termination

111bte may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information during KYC verification.
• For accounts that have remained unverified for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Account closure at the member's own request.

Before terminating an account, 111bte will attempt to notify the member by email. If the termination is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. If you voluntarily close your account, any valid balance can be withdrawn.

To reactivate your account, please contact the support team. Reactivation is granted entirely at the discretion of 111bte.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the 111bte customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• A reference number will be issued once your complaint has been submitted.
• Complex matters will be investigated and resolved within 7 business days.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log shall serve as the final authority.
• If you are not satisfied with a decision made by 111bte, you may file a complaint with the licensing authority.

These Terms are governed by international gaming laws. Any legal disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
